1) Concessional loan
A loan in which up to 90 percent of the loan is invested on the basis of the savings accumulated in the institution of the member who has been sanctioned for his or her own savings guarantee will be called concessional loan. The term of this type of loan will be up to 1 year at most. This rate will be maintained by adding 2% interest rate to the interest rate provided on savings.

3) Real Estate Loan
The loan provided by the members of this organization for the purchase of house and land for personal housing and production purposes is called house, land loan. The organization has been providing loan facility to its members for purchase of house and land for up to 10 years. This title has been maintained at 13% to 14.75% per annum.

4) Higher Purchase Loan
The hire purchase loan is provided for the purchase of private and public hired vehicles. The loan, which invests up to 65 percent of the total cost of the vehicle, is secured in the name of the institution in addition to other fixed assets (house, land) as security.

The share members of this organization or the family of one family will be provided to help them go abroad for foreign employment for financial gain. This title has been maintained at 13% to 14.75% per annum.
